How the Skills Passport works
The passport displays work already saved by the existing training pages. Typing progress comes from the 90-day lesson record. Computer training comes from the 24-week local record. Shorthand records are separated into instructor-reviewed and self-reported items. Virtual Office tasks are recorded as objective passes or draft submissions awaiting assessment. Exported files are personal learning summaries, not certificates.
